Topics: Two work projects that are being considered; April 30, 1955, workday at Camp Anderson and also another work day at Camp Chesterfield May 7 or 14th, 1955
The Mount Toby recreation project offered to give to the chapter their project. Motion, made, seconded, and excepted: go except the Mount Toby reclamation recreation project if the club wants to relinquish it.
In connection to the above Jim McCann was appointed to see Mr. Rhodes, he forestry instructor, if you would like to become a faculty advisor.
The following pledges were voted to be accepted into the chapter:Abt, Romancier, Burton, Park, Crow, Keogh. The membership ceremony will be held at Mem Hall April 27, 1955. Refreshments will be served
The following people out to be seen about becoming advises; Rhodes, Dee, Ritchie, Bennett (note – Richie, Bennett – keeping them to take the As advisors)
Elections are rapidly approaching members of the nominating committee; Small, Killam, .
Taylor and Mr. Tuttle. The meeting will be held at Mr. Tuttle's house Sunday, April 24, 1955 .
It was brought before the chapter that members may room together again next year. Members must go as a group, and not send one man to sign for all.
Bob Bridges discussed the merits of having a scroll of some facsimile for the installation group to read instead of the books we now have. This matter was postponed for further discussion.
